BOOKING INFORMATION & TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Get ready for an exciting journey with Lorna at Yesdog! Your initial booking includes:

1. First Session - Initial Consultation
- Dive into identifying your dogs training and behavior issues.
- Explore their needs and create effective strategies.
- Engage in fun practical exercises.
- Walk away with a personalised training plan!

2. Two follow up Sessions 
- Experience hands-on training and celebrate your progress.
- Receive an updated plan tailored just for you!

(The Follow up sessions muct be taken within 3 month of the initial booking)

3 WhatsApp Support - I'm with you every step of the way!

4. Constructive Feedback and celebrating your progress - Let's keep the momentum going!

For all of the above the total price is below

Total Price: £220 – A great investment in your dog's future!

 

 

 

(If the issues for multiple dogs are the same then a discount can be applied)

●      Before your consultation, you will receive an enquiry form in order for me to gather initial information about your dog            help facilitate the session.

●      Training sessions will only be booked once the 'Yesdog Liverpool' 1:1 consultation form has been submitted.

●      Your training session date and time will then be agreed.

●      My slots are generally 7.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm and 5.30pm (Weather and season permitting)

●      It is the clients responsibility to attend the agreed booking.

 

Payments

●      Fee to be paid on confirmation of booking.

●      Once the date and time is selected I will send you an invoice.

●      Your booking(s) will be reserved for 48 hours and is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

Travel Costs
Travel fee of 0.45p per mile will be added to booking that is further than 5 miles
from Garston, L19

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will only be given with at least 48 hours notice - (this gives me time to book another client in and pay my           mortgage!).

  • Cancellations need to be made in writing either text or email.

  • Cancellations in writing (either text or email) up to 48 hrs notice of the booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48hrs of the booking date will receive no refund.

  • Two reschedules will be permitted within three months of original booking.

        (Exceptions to your allotted reschedules will be if the weather is not suitable or government restrictions impact our                   booking)

 

Training sessions

  •  During the consultation, we will discuss and work through your training needs and behaviour issues in the following order:

    • Address the causes of the training and behaviours issues

    • Set up management strategies to prevent the issues from progressing

    • Introduce practical training exercises.

  • After the consultation you will receive a tailored training plan.

  • Follow up sessions will be recommended and we will carry out the practical training and discuss progress and further recommendations. The training plan will also be updated and re-sent.

●    Only harnesses, collars and flat leads to be used during the sessions.

●    If you believe your dog to be in any pain prior to the session please make me aware.

●    If you have a vet appointment or day care session the week of our booking please make me aware.

Code of Ethics

'Yesdog Liverpool' adheres to modern and ethical training practices. This means training that is force free and reward based. Any aversive training practices will not be carried out. This includes any punishments or corrections and the use of shock collars, prong collars, choke chains or slip leads. Research shows that reward based training is a much more effective method for a dogs learning and contributes positively to their overall wellbeing.

 

G.D.P.R

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. As I hold personal data about my clients (i.e. names, addresses, emails and phone numbers) this means I am a data controller and a data processor under the regulations. I am required to comply with the principles of the GDPR and ensure that your data is held securely, is not processed in a manner that is incompatible with the reason for which it was collected, is kept up to date, etc.

I can therefore confirm that:

●      All my clients’ personal data are securely held on my digital devices with passwords and fingerprint access that is under my sole control.

●      I will never pass client details to a third party without their express permission to do so.

●      I do not send out mailshots or unsolicited emails.

●      You are in control of your information, and you can ask ‘Yesdog Liverpool’ to stop using it whenever you like.

●      I destroy client records once they are no longer required (eg. the client has moved away and will no longer require my services, or I have not had any contact with a client for a period of 24 months or more): this will include shredding any paper records I hold and safely deleting contact details from my phone and booking form apps.

 

Finally, Covid -19

The safety of all clients is paramount. 'Yesdog Liverpool' and all clients agree to keep up to date with government advice and adhere to all relevant guidelines.
